All Martinborough Village services are priced GST exclusive.

The advertising period is for 12 months from 1 March 2025 to 29th February 2026.

Featured Listings will be billed pro-rated based on remaining months to 29th February 2026.

Payment is required by due date or late payment charges may apply.

Should you, the buyer, default on your obligations under this agreement, Martinborough Village reserves the right to place any debt for recovery. Collection services may add a collection fee to the amount owing. This amount, together with the original amount of the debt, will then be the amount owed. Failure to pay within three months of invoicing will result in your advertising contract being cancelled and all advertising removed.

Bookings are subject to availability. Martinborough Village reserves the right at their sole discretion to decline any business features, event promotion or amend provided content. If complaints are made about your business, which when investigated are substantiated, Martinborough Village reserves the right to cancel this contract.

All advertisers must comply with all relevant legislative requirements.

All invoices will be processed in one instalment unless otherwise agreed.

Buy submitting an online business featured listing reservation you are confirming that you accept the terms and conditions set out and that you are an authorised representative of your organisation. The membership period is for 12 months, from 1 March 2025 to 29th February 2026. A partner who resigns within the membership period is not entitled to any refund of any fees paid to Martinborough Village.
