The home to the North Island's largest fur seal colony and the Cape Palliser lighthouse. Climb the 253 steps to see her up close.Around the coast at Ngawi there are some great surfing spots and the Putangirua Pinnacles which featured in The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King movie.And only a 30 minute drive away is Martinborough, where you can spend the day traveling around some of New Zealand's most famous vineyards.
