Welcome to Palliser Ridge Station in the South Wairarapa. We’re excited to open our farm gates to you and offer the Palliser Ridge Woolshed Experience, and also our classes that we offer.

Our Woolshed Experience on the other hand is around 2 hours, and you’ll stay put in our newly renovated Palliser Ridge Woolshed. This tour is great for any day, any weather, since we will be inside for the duration of the tour.

You’ll be introduced to our team, learn of our Farm’s history and discuss how the Operation is set up today.  We’ll take you through our breed of sheep and provide you with a shearing demonstration; the guys are always looking for a helper on the broom so get amongst it and give them a hand!  You’ll then get to feel the freshly shorn wool and check out our retail wall full of traceable products.

For our Corporate Groups or Conference Groups, the Woolshed Experience is perfect. Our main Woolshed is accessible by road, so buses and vans are absolutely fine to bring you and your team out to our Farm. We can even build in some team challenges if your group is after a little healthy competition.
