1. What is something that you have achieved that you’re really proud of?
Nocturnal NZ Boutique Store - Creating, planning, developing, progressing forward our third business Nocturnal NZ in Martinborough. We are super proud of this great achievement and excited to establish and grow our future business developments at Nocturnal NZ. Nocturnal NZ is a unique boutique concept store space that is always sourcing unique pieces internationally and also from New Zealand, it continues to expand and develop - its such a fun project and we love every minute of it!! Dream - Plan - Do! That's our Nocturnal NZ motto!
We are also so very proud of our two sons and the young men they have become with such a bright future ahead of them in New Zealand or where ever life takes them world wide!
2. What is one place you really want to visit and why?
So hard to pick just one as we have so many places to travel on our wish list! Alaska, Egypt, Japan, India just to name a few...however we have such a big desire to travel to India and Nepal to meet the talented women and men that create and hand craft our exceptional brands that we house at Nocturnal NZ. It would be amazing experience to meet them, their families, their life ways in their country and see their world with our own eyes.
3. If you had a million dollars to spend what would you do with it?
We would love to help others and give support for others in need. While also giving back to chosen charities, conservation projects and also our Dark Sky Night Projects, New Zealand Wildlife and global Marine reserves. We love to make a difference in peoples lives and those that are in need of help and assistance. And of course we would travel to meet our talented creative teams in India and Nepal! That would be a dream come true!
4. If you had one super power what would it be?
To live for ever and have internal life! To heal the unwell and wounded lives in the world.
5. Who has been the biggest influence in your life and why?
Our biggest influence's in our life and role models are our Grandparents and Parents. Both have all had successful business's, entrepreneur skills and wonderful life's. We have always had this desire to have our own business's and to also be at the front of our projects driving them forward and achieving its short and long term goals. We never look at them as "work" they are our enjoyment hobbies. We live, breathe and so very proud of our business's. We keep always focused and keep pushing them forward to their great recent and future success.

7. What did you want to be when you grew up?
We both have successfully completed this in our future fields from a Beauty Therapist / International Educator to also Joinery Cabinetry, NZ Police, Department Of Conservation Ranger, Property Developers and a unique boutique concept store. We are excited to see what the future has planned for us next, we look forward to the adventures and experiences it gives us.
8. What’s the best part of living here in Martinborough/South Wairarapa?
Definitely the chilled lifestyle vibe, proud and welcoming friendly locals, the creative people and business's, exceptional food/wine, produce and the stunning day scenery, magical night sky's and adventures you can enjoy here in Martinborough/South Wairarapa. There is never a dull moment, we love the vibrant energy Martinborough gives to all that live here and visit! We have made some fantastic friends in Martinborough since our big move here and are such big fans of their creative work - you know who you are team!
9. If you could change one thing about Martinborough/South Wairarapa – what would it be?
We think it's already perfect - hence why we moved here from the big city to the exceptional Martinborough Vibrant Lifestyle. Lets keep Martinborough rocking it, developing it, progressing it and moving forward to the future!
